With clarity and structure to more freedom and creativity in your life

This month we are devoting ourselves to the topics of “clarity and structure”. That may not sound so attractive at first ;-) That is why I would like to take you deeper into these topics and look at them from a perspective that may be new to you.

Freedom through structure: How planning creates more space for creativity and relaxation

I personally strive for clarity and structure in my life in order to gain maximum freedom. Because we only have a certain quota of decisions that we can make throughout the day. If you use this capacity to decide every day what you eat, what your morning will look like, what you wear, etc., then your quota is already very much exhausted with all these small decisions.

If you make a plan instead and automate many of these things, your system will have more capacity for creativity, for important questions in life and also for relaxation. Your plans can of course change and at the same time I can highly recommend committing to a certain period of time. Firstly, to value your time and because it takes something to get routines going in order to benefit from them.

Male energy as a riverbed for creativity

You have probably heard that every person carries male and female energies within them. Clarity and structure are associated with male energy. This has nothing to do with your gender. The more balanced both energies are within us, the more centered we feel. Clarity and structure are especially important for people who are very much in their female energy, for example, who work creatively. This energy or work needs a riverbed in which it can flow freely. If the riverbed were not there, it would flow away like water, melt away, and we would not be able to fully enjoy the beauty of our creations.

As you begin to follow your heart's path and share your gifts with the world, you need a certain amount of structure. This is the only way to avoid jumping from one thing to another and losing sight of your path. It is equally important to have clarity along the way.

Journaling questions for more clarity

The following journaling questions can help you find clarity for yourself and your life path:

Who do I want to be in this world, and what do I want to create?

What is my heart's path, and what do I need to continue walking this path?

What are my values, and am I already living a life according to these values?

What are my next steps on my heart's path?

Finding a healthy balance in everyday life

If your path and your why are clear and strong, supposed blows of fate won't throw you off course. Instead, you see how they are part of it and what it takes to stick with it. You see the bigger picture and continue to stand up for what is important to you.

Sometimes it is also the case that a NO is simply needed. A no to things that do not fit your path and your values. We often get caught up in "little things" or keep ourselves busy so as not to follow our heart's path. Why? Because our heart's path and our soul's mission sometimes scare us and seem too big and difficult. However, once you have felt what you are here for, you can no longer ignore this path. So do yourself and the world a favor and do not distract yourself with things that are not good for you. Instead, follow YOUR path with an open heart.

This doesn't mean that you should now go into hustle mode and only do things for your heart's business, for example. Rather, it means that with the help of healthy structures and clarity, you can create a life that allows you to progress on your heart's path and at the same time gives you an incredible amount of freedom to enjoy and BEING.

5 tips for more clarity and structure

In order to continue to progress on your heart's path with the help of clarity and structure, we would like to give you 5 concrete tips for your everyday life:

1. Make a plan and stick to it for at least 3 months. After this time, you can see what stays and what can go. Let the points for your plan come in a ritual and connect with the feelings that are there when you have achieved your goals or are on the way.

2. Make your bed in the morning, tidy your desk, wash the remaining dishes. A clear external space leads to a clear mind. Moreover, according to US socio-economist Randall Bell, you increase your chances of becoming a millionaire by 206.8% if you make your bed in the morning ;-)*

3. Create even more clarity on the outside and therefore also on the inside. Everything you own also owns you or a part of your attention and your energy. Clean out and get rid of things that take your energy.

4. Before you go to bed in the evening, write yourself a list for the next day. Less is more here. To-do lists that are too long have a negative effect on our self-confidence and we tend to achieve less rather than more.

5. Make it easy to implement good habits and leave bad ones. For example, if you like to exercise, put your yoga mat out in plain sight. Place water bottles around the house to drink more. Buy what nourishes your body and leave the rest at the store.

Clearly state what you want to attract into your life

Clarity is also an important point when manifesting. The more clearly you formulate what you want to attract into your life, the more likely it is to become reality. At the same time, trust in life is of course at least as important. That's why I recommend that you formulate your wishes as clearly as possible and add a sentence at the end like: "For the highest and best of all or something like that or even better." As I said, we use clarity and structure to allow as much freedom and magic into our lives as possible, not to build rigid structures and blindly stick to them.

5 tips for a strong throat chakra

To speak your truth clearly, it helps to strengthen your throat chakra. You can easily integrate the following tips into your everyday life:

Tip 1: Use the power of your voice. Sing, hum or tone to free your throat chakra.

Tip 2: Allow yourself to speak your truth more and more and to clearly communicate your needs and boundaries.

Tip 3: Use breathing exercises for your throat chakra such as the Ujjayi breath from yoga.

Tip 4: Surround yourself with the color light blue. Light blue gemstones such as angelite or aquamarine in particular support your throat center.

Tip 5: Essential oils such as eucalyptus, peppermint and sage ensure a balanced throat chakra.

 Cacao ritual for more clarity

You can use the following cacao ritual wonderfully if you are facing a difficult decision or if you generally want more clarity for yourself and your life.

Ritual Step 1Prepare yourself a cup of Ritual Cacao** and make yourself comfortable in your favorite place. Have something ready to smoke and write with. Our recommendation for incense: Palo Santo or White sage.

Ritual Step 2Now begin to burn your whole body with your incense and imagine how the smoke cleanses your whole energy system of everything that no longer serves you, provides clarity and recharges you with new, fresh energy.

Ritual Step 3Take your cacao in your hands and hold it in front of your heart. Set an intention for your ritual here. You can either ask for support for more clarity in your decision making or open yourself to more clarity in your life in general.

Ritual Step 4Drink your cacao sip by sip and feel how the cocoa fills you with clarity from the inside. Let your exhalation become longer than your inhalation so that your whole body relaxes even more.

Ritual Step 5Visualize a white, empty space in your mind's eye. Your living space. In this space, you have the opportunity to create everything freely. Let everything you want for yourself and your life appear in this space. You can ask yourself the following questions:

Where do I want to live?
Who is with me?
What do I want to create?
How do I want to be?

Ritual Step 6Design the room according to your heart's desires and keep feeling how you feel about the changes you have made. Perhaps you even want to remove something that makes you feel uncomfortable? Test yourself and let your creativity run wild here until you are completely satisfied with the end result!

Ritual Step 7Slowly come back to the here and now by allowing your inhalation to become longer than your exhalation. Start to move slowly and open your eyes.

Ritual Step 8Now write down everything you have seen. Or if you feel like it, draw it directly as a picture. Then write down your goals and interim goals in as much detail as possible to create the life you saw in your mind's eye.

SMART TIP: You can work out your goals directly so that they are formulated SMART. This means: specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound. This will make it easier for you to achieve your heart's desires.

Ritual Step 9Finally, you can come into embodiment once again and express the clearest and most fulfilled version of yourself through dance.
