Our HEART CACAO is of the Criollo Blanco variety and was hidden in the mountains of the Andes of Peru for over a century until it was rediscovered in 2008.

A quantity of 100g cacao corresponds to approx. 3 cups. This cacao has a naturally high theobromine content of 186mg/100ml and a caffeine content of 28mg/100ml. Not recommended for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women. More questions and answers in our FAQ.
Tips for preparation
After opening, store in a dry place at room temperature. You can find a detailed nutritional table for this cacao here. Net filling quantities are 250g, 500g and 1000g. The minimum shelf life is 2 years.
