Recipe for a cup of cacao

For a cup of cacao you take

30 g cacao (2 heaped tablespoons)
200 ml water or milk substitute
2 tsp cacao spice
Alternatively:
1 tsp coconut blossom sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

a pinch of chili powder

Use 200 ml of oat milk or water for one cup of heart-opening cacao. Then add 30 g (2 heaped tablespoons) of cacao to the warm (not boiling) liquid. Stir until the cacao mass has completely dissolved and then add two teaspoons of our specially developed "Mindful Bliss" spice mix . Alternatively, you can add a teaspoon of coconut blossom sugar and half a teaspoon of cinnamon to the liquid. Finally, you can add a pinch of chili powder. Chili promotes the absorption of the cacao because it stimulates circulation.

For the ingredients for one cup of cacao, we used 30 g of cacao - that's our "Ritual Dose - Dance with the Cacao Spirit". However, Ritual Cacao has a slightly different effect on everyone. It also depends on how you feel on the day and on what occasion you want to drink the medicine of the heart. Over the years, we have tried out a lot of things, prepared cacao for thousands of people and gained a lot of experience. And so we have put together different dosages for different occasions for you in the blog article "Dosage recommendation for Ritual Cacao".
