The drink of the goddesses and gods can also taste divine. The VANILLA BLISS spice blend kisses you gently and takes you on an enjoyable and sensual journey into your heart. Our spice blends were created from the finest herbs and treasures of nature and matched to our cacao.
Ingredients include coconut blossom sugar, bourbon vanilla, Patagonia pepper, blueberry, mulberry and Korean bamboo salt. All ingredients are organically grown.
Bourbon Vanilla: This vanilla will seduce you with its soft and irresistible femininity. Its sensual scent invites you to take off covers and surrender to bliss.
Patagonia Pepper: Pleasantly fresh and fruity and at the same time slightly cinnamony and spicy, this special pepper is sure to catch your attention - present but very light.
Blueberry: The blueberry has been known as a medicinal plant since the Middle Ages. We especially love it for its delicate, fruity berry aroma, which adds a hint of forest air to this spice mixture.
Mulberry: This berry with its tart sweetness rounds off the taste of this spice mixture wonderfully and is a boon for your cardiovascular system thanks to its many healthy nutrients.
Korean bamboo salt: This salt was produced using a process that is over 1000 years old and was developed by monks from Korea. The fine grinding and special processing creates the light smoky note that gives this mixture a wonderfully gentle power.
Usage: For one cup of cacao (200ml) we recommend 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) of this spice mixture.
After opening, store in a dry place at room temperature. Net quantities are 50g and 250g. The minimum shelf life is 2 years.
