Tips for Preparing Cacao
Recipe for a cup of cacao
For a cup of cacao you take
30 g cacao (2 heaped tablespoons)
200 ml water or milk substitute
½ - 1 tsp cacao spice (Mindful Bliss, Vanilla Bliss or Chili Bliss)
Alternatively:
1 tsp coconut blossom sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
a pinch of chili powder
Use 200 ml of oat milk or water for one cup of heart-opening cacao. Then add 30 g (2 heaped tablespoons) of cacao to the warm (not boiling) liquid. Stir until the cacao mass has completely dissolved. Then add ½ to 1 teaspoon of one our three cacao spices "Mindful Bliss", "Vanilla Bliss" or "Chili Bliss". Alternatively, you can add a teaspoon of coconut blossom sugar and half a teaspoon of cinnamon to the liquid. Finally, you can add a pinch of chili powder. Chili promotes the absorption of the cacao because it stimulates circulation.
Dosage of your cacao
For the ingredients for one cup of cacao, we used 30 g of cacao - that's our "Ritual Dose - Dance with the Cacao Spirit". However, Ritual Cacao has a slightly different effect on everyone.
