30 g cacao (2 heaped tbsp)
200 ml water or milk substitute
2 tsp cacao seasoning
Alternatively:
1 tsp coconut blossom sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

a pinch of chilli powder

Use 200ml oat milk or water for a cup of heart-opening cacao. Then add 30 g (2 heaped tablespoons) of cacao to the warm (not boiling) liquid. Stir until the cacao mass has completely dissolved and then add two teaspoons of our specially developed "Mindful Bliss" spice blend . Alternatively, you can also add a teaspoon of coconut blossom sugar and half a teaspoon of cinnamon to the liquid. Finally, you can add a pinch of chili powder. Chili promotes the absorption of cacao because it stimulates circulation.
