When we shape this time mindfully, we not only release the tension of the day but also open space for regeneration and deeper connection with ourselves. A regular and mindful evening routine reminds us that every night is like a small ritual of letting go.

3 Simple Tips for More Relaxation in the Evening
- Yoga and Gentle Movements
A few minutes in relaxing yoga postures, such as Child’s Pose or Supine Twist, help release tension, loosen the body, and slowly calm the mind. - Short Breathing Meditation
Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and follow your breath for five minutes. Notice how each exhale allows you to sink a little deeper into stillness. - Gratitude Moment
Pause for a moment and note down three things you are grateful for today. This simple mindfulness practice brings lightness and nurtures positive thoughts before sleep.

Evening Cacao Ritual – Consciously Letting the Day Go

- Settle into your cozy place at home where you won’t be disturbed.
- Create a small “oasis of calm”. Light candles, burn fragrant incense, and play relaxing music. Tip: Fill Aqua de Florida into a small spray bottle and mist the room for an atmosphere of lightness.
- Arrive in your body: if you like, gift yourself some gentle movement to release the day’s tension. Perhaps a light yoga flow. Then sit comfortably upright, close your eyes, and feel your connection to the earth. Breathe deeply, letting go a little more with each exhale.
- Your Cacao Moment: Hold your cup close to your heart, breathing deeply a few times. Notice the warmth and aroma of the Cacao. Silently repeat affirmations that support you in letting go, e.g. “Everything from today can now come to rest” or “I release this day with gratitude and lightness.”

- Let go: Ask your heart, “What still weighs on me, and what can I set aside until tomorrow to take up again with fresh energy?” Imagine placing these things into a little golden treasure chest. Feel how your heart and mind grow lighter as you release them.
- Gratitude Reflection: Let the images of your day arise. Recognize one or two moments you are grateful for and feel this gratitude flowing through your whole body.
- Sink into Stillness: Feel the warmth of the Cacao spreading within you as Mama Cacao embraces you with her energy. Rest for a few moments in this quiet presence.
- Closing: Thank yourself inwardly for this day and for this moment of mindfulness, and thank the Cacao medicine that lovingly accompanied you in your evening ritual.
