Ritual Cacao expands your whole system and gives you a stronger connection to your inner being. For this reason, it is very suitable for creative work, vision finding and your very own art, among other things.
In the following guest post, the artist Xenia Sent describes how Ritual Cacao supports her in her art and how you can meet your inner artist.

Cacao & Soul Art

"Don't ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and then go do it, because what the world needs is people made alive." Howard Thurman
When I paint abstract pictures, I want to paint them intuitively and from my heart. I don't want to stick to any rules and let the creativity flow through me unfiltered. It is not always easy to calm the mind and all the thoughts, but what supports me in my creative processes is ritual cacao.

Before I pick up my brush, I do a little ritual for myself. I play beautiful mantra music, cook myself a delicious cacao and set an intention. I can feel my heart opening more and more with every sip of cacao and I can leave the stress of everyday life behind me. I feel safe and allow myself to let everything show up on screen. Without any claim to a "perfect picture" which one hangs in the living room. No, this is about the process and the emotions, about healing and encountering the inner artist.

Drink cacao while painting

It is said that cacao increases access to intuition, inspiration, creativity and life itself. This is exactly what I feel when I connect with Mama Cacao. Cacao is medicine for the heart and gives access to our creativity.
Allow yourself to be creative and let the ritual cacao carry you through the process. For you, perhaps creativity means moving to your favorite music or playing an instrument yourself. Maybe it's singing or writing for you. Allow your inner artist to express itself. Give it the space and time and see how it makes you feel.
Connect with the spirit of the cacao plant, experience creative energy and ask yourself what makes you alive.
